Group classes aren't for everyone. Working one to one can be a great way to build your confidence before joining a group class, or to focus on your own personal goals. If you would like to work on your flexibility but can't attend a class, there are still other ways that I can help!
These sessions are perfect if you want to stretch but don't know where to start, or if you want to work on your flexibility and need some tailored advice. With one to one sessions, I will plan our time together based on your schedule. I also offer a free video or phone consultation beforehand so that I can provide stretches specific to your goals, and set them at your pace. Sessions are currently only available online, either through Zoom or Skype.
I offer written stretch plans, based on your goals. The plans will contain a range of stretches that you can do yourself in your own time. This is the perfect option if you can't attend classes, or if you want some structure to your practice in between classes.
