I started Megan Flex in 2018, with the aim of spreading my love for all things bendy and helping other people find the benefits that stretching can bring.
I've always loved stretching and training my flexibility. To me, taking time out to listen to my body and stretch really helps with any anxieties and stresses that I have. I also began to realise just how beneficial being flexible was as I ventured into other activities like aerial hoop and pole, rock climbing, and even weightlifting. This is what led me to train as a Stretch and Flexibility Instructor.
My aim is for Megan Flex to be accessible to everybody, everywhere. That's why I offer a range of classes, both online and in person, as well as personalised consultations, sessions and plans.
Every class that I run is accessible to all abilities. I aim to provide mixed and inclusive classes where everyone can feel like they belong. I believe that stretching can benefit absolutely everybody, and that everybody can stretch.
